Job Description:
KOL/KOC selection, briefing and content generation
- Develop KOL/KOC selection criteria and detail KOL/KOC briefing base on business needs confirmed by Comms manager.
- Output KOL/KOC list, based on KOL selection criteria confirmed by Comms Managers.
- Brainstorm and output each KOL/KOC ‘s idea base on content angle designed by Comms Managers
- KOL/KOC comment section management, generate useful insight base on consumers verbatim on comment section
- Support Comms manager to execute include but not limited to KOL/KOC AMP process, free goods sample check
3rd party relationship connection build and maintain
- Support Comms manager to organize, build and maintain Brief KOL/KOC timely and clearly according to briefing book, making sure KOL fully understands our brand and product superiority to enable super content generation on time.
- Review content and provide input before publish online according to aligned project CPS.
- Quarterly KOL/KOC review base on performance, and upgrade KOL briefing / KOL selection
Insight Generation and emerging KOL recommendation:
- Social insight mining and identify emerging KOLs with potential to generate talkable buzz. And make recommendation on KOL to generate super content. LRB/Wechat/Weibo Brand Account Content Planning and Execution:
- Cook brand account content execution calendar base on brand communication master plan, gate-keeping the content and publish online.
- Gain free traffic and build Brand equity through engaging with consumer’s post on social media using official account.
- Review brand account content performance and generate learnings on what’s working/ not working.
- Review customer/campaign content and provide input with Comms manager’s guidance publish online.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Confirmed experience in KOL buying or related roles. Familiarity with DOUYIN/LRB/Bilibili/Zhihu social platforms and eco-system
- Ability to understand and apply KOL measurement data for KOL selection.
- Passion in baby category, strong social insight.
- Proficient in written and spoken English/Mandarin with strong writing and copy-editing skills.
- Attention to details and result oriented demeanor.
