What will you be doing?
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee a section of our warehouse, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the management team in achieving business targets. You’ll lead a team of Team Leaders and operatives, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
• Managing and motivating your team to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Coaching and supporting ongoing development with the team.
• Maintaining accurate inventory and stock movement records.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and fostering a culture of safe working.
• Producing reports, assisting with stock takes, and planning future capacity needs.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transport partners, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
