Job Description

  • You have a bachelor’s degree and 0 - 2 years of professional experience, with a strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
  • You are interested in supporting graduate recruiting, sourcing, and early-career hiring in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • You have strong organizational skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • You have strong communication skills and a professional presence and enjoy collaborating with people and building relationships.
  • You are detail-oriented, initiative-taking, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience with recruiting coordination, sourcing tools, or applicant tracking systems is a plus, but not required.
  • You have a strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You can work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days in office.
