Stay current on trends and developments in data science, analytics, machine learning, and learning design to ensure content remains relevant and market aligned.
Use learner and client feedback to continuously improve training quality, learner engagement, and program outcomes.
Support business development efforts, where appropriate, by contributing subject matter expertise to proposals, pitches, and client discussions.
