Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

a) Desired Competency on E&E System component design, Integration, application on vehicle level preferable 
b) Detailed design domain expertise on electrical systems like Electrical system Architecture integration like ECU, Sensor, etc.
c) Hands on experience on Common rail system integration, LIN Based alternator integration, Engine start stop Logic, Li-Ion battery system Integration & its application on vehicle
d) Knowldge of all subsystem of the vehicle to work out the interface architecture for the vehicle 
e) Moderate knowledge on all communcation protocols like CAN, LIN & PWM.
f) Knowledge on Homologation requirements of Generators
g) Initiate, Interact with CFT & Lead the design engineers for system integration to realise the required E&E feature with Quality , Cost and Time.
h) Releasing all technical specification to suppliers for components/systems
i) Validating the components by making proper test cases in both component and vehicle level so as to give issue free product to customer
j) Meeting the cost targets specified without compromising quality of the product and also bringing out some cost effective solution thro IMCR/VAVE activities.
k) Knowledge on Field failure & analysis: Analysing on field reported concerns and giving solution to reduce/eliminate it and also capturing that particular issue in upcoming products.
l) Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components.
m)Must demonstrate a high degree of problem solving ability, especially in the field of expertise. Usage of Quality tools, DFMEA,7 QC toolsDesign Reviews & Project management 
n) Should have Moderate knowledge on DFA,DFS, QFD, APQP, PPAP, GD & T,
o) Fluent in use of personal computer programs such as Access, Excel, Word, Power Point,Eplan etc.
