Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction.
- Good hands on knowledge of conveyors (Roller bed, Buffer chain conveyor, Elevators).
- Good hands on knowledge of pumps, fans, blowers, Ovens.
- Knowledge, profiling and troubleshooting of painting robots- Durr.
- Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning associates leave.
- To find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens.
- Monitor and reduce the number of equipment breakdown concerns by reviewing the daily and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
- Monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements.
- Improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and nominating associates for various training.
- Monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares.
- Maintain safety of equipments by monitoring safety interlocks and by providing Pokayoke.
