Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management
- Lead Quality function such as Receipt Quality, In‑Process Quality, and Field Quality across a cluster of warehouse locations through a team of Quality Managers.
- Implement and strengthen centralized quality systems including TQM, IMS, audits, and other organizational quality initiatives.
- Oversee Value Fit Parts development through drawing approvals, VPPAP approvals, and monitoring receipt quality performance.
- Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive process simplification and IT-enabled quality improvements.
- Process Improvement & Business Excellence
- Drive process improvement initiatives across functions using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other methodologies.
- Manage business intelligence and knowledge management systems to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify improvement opportunities with business/functional leaders and ensure effective execution of prioritized projects.
- Technical & Advisory Support
- Provide expert guidance on Six Sigma methodologies, statistical tools, and problem‑solving frameworks.
- Mentor project leaders, monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely project completion.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability-building across teams.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with business and functional heads to align quality initiatives with organizational goals.
- Ensure seamless implementation of systems, technologies, and improvement projects across units.
