Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Knowledge of Current & Advanced Proto built technology including Rapid Prototyping and Validation & Testing.
2. Knowledge of global COE in the field of Testing and reliability engineering
3. Knowledge of all Performance attribute Testing for each parameters which is based on product competitiveness in market and yet provide objective assessment of systems wrt competition.
4. Knowledge of Various test standards like IS, ISO, SAE.
5. Knowledge of various type of sensors like pressure, torque, proximity, LVDT, angular linear etc
6. Thorough understanding of all types of Vehicle systems, sub-systems and their functioning.
7. Thorough understanding of component layout and working clearances and their integration.
8. Keep pace with emerging prototype trends, Validation and Testing.
9. Source global centres of excellence & acquire it for ensuring first time right product
10. Develop the test procedures for the Protoypes vehicles.
11. Testing the new products & Aggregates as per product / CMVR requirement and give a feedback to Designer.
12. Validate vehicle for durability to project the life of the aggregates as per the market requirement and to identify the defects in the vehicle.
13. Implementations of new tools, technologies for protobuilt, fabrication and machining of parts.
14. Translate customers need into end products. 
15. Enable proto and Validation teams to achieve target of Quality in time.
16. Enable costing and assessment of infrastructure.
