- Drive measurable business outcomes including cost optimization, efficiency gains, enhanced customer experience, and revenue enablement.
- Establish governance frameworks, program management excellence, and risk mitigation strategies for digital initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, capability building, and cultural transformation towards innovation and agility.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to influence digital strategy and execution.
