Job Description

  • Product Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines — focusing on patient monitors, defibrillators, and IT solutions — with a comprehensive understanding of their features, clinical benefits, and applications to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Interaction: Proactively engage with customers to gather actionable feedback, address product-related inquiries, and conduct product demonstrations that enhance user understanding, confidence, and satisfaction.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with market demands, customer needs, and overall company objectives.
  • Training and Support: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials for internal teams, distributors, and partners — ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with up-to-date product knowledge and best practices.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to monitor market trends, assess market share, evaluate competitor products, and synthesize customer insights to inform product development priorities and marketing strategies.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation — including user manuals, product guides, and knowledge base articles — to support both internal teams and external customers throughout the product lifecycle.
