Regular training to clinical staff on designated equipment. Help customers to understand all the functions of the products and make the best use of it.
Help customers and distributors to solve product Application issues, response in time.
Collect end-users’ feedbacks; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade.
Train the distributor’s team for better product demo to end users.
Maintain and enhance relationship with local Key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Have a deep understanding of the key accounts which include good development and maintenance of customer relationship.
Planning and executing marketing activities.
Experience of supporting Sales team for tender technical work and presales demonstrations,
Already experience of handling big private customers.
