Site Director - Director of Nursing Horsham

Grampians Health is seeking an experienced and values-driven Site Director / Director of Nursing to provide strategic, operational and professional leadership at our Horsham campus. This is a significant leadership opportunity for a senior nursing leader who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care, strengthening workforce capability, and leading service excellence across a regional health setting. Working closely with the General Manager Hospital Services, Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer, Directors and campus leaders, the successful candidate will drive clinical governance, support contemporary models of care, foster innovation and collaboration, and build a strong culture of accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
