A tertiary qualification in field of adult education and/or Cert IV in TAE or working towards
An understanding of education frameworks including Best Practice Clinical Learning Environment
Experience working within the healthcare setting, well-developed understanding of all clinical areas, disciplines and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
An understanding of administration and clinical workflows as they relate to the learners on placement
Well development IT skills, written and verbal skills
Collaborates effectively with others, promotes harmony, and builds trust by establishing strong relationships and encouraging conflict resolution.
