Provide feedback and evaluation of graduate nurse’s performance.
Participate in teaching and learning activities including the delivery and facilitation of clinical study days, Monitor graduates’ attendance and readiness for designated client care experiences.
Supervising graduates and the care they provide to allocated clients; and Liaise with NUMs in regard to graduate requirements and clinical needs.
Demonstrate an empathy and understanding of all graduates/consumers and communicate with graduates/consumers in an effective appropriate manner.
