Job Summary
This role supports the SAP Produce product space with a primary focus on Manufacturing, Quality, and non‑ERP (NERP) process integrations within the Make team. The position works under the guidance of IT MAKE COE lead to help maintain standardized business processes, support system and integration changes, and ensure stable end‑to‑end operations across SAP and non‑SAP platforms supporting DuPont manufacturing environments.
The SAP Production Planning/ Quality Management and Non ERP Analyst collaborates with business stakeholders, solution delivery, service teams, and non‑ERP technology partners to support process improvements, project delivery, and day‑to‑day operational needs while developing a strong foundational understanding of SAP Manufacturing, Quality, and connected non‑ERP solutions.
This is an onsite position with one day of remote work weekly. Candidates should be within a commutable distance to the corporate site. Relocation is not approved for this role.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manufacturing, Quality & non‑ERP Process Support
Support Manufacturing, Quality, and non‑ERP process activities within the SAP Produce product space
Assist in maintaining and following established SAP and non‑ERP process standards, integration patterns, and governance frameworks
Support end‑to‑end manufacturing and quality processes spanning SAP, non‑ERP systems, and shop‑floor integrations
Change & Delivery Support
Participate in system, process, and integration changes (SAP and non‑ERP) in alignment with defined change management practices
Contribute to the documentation, analysis, and design of new or updated Manufacturing, Quality, and non‑ERP‑enabled business processes under supervision
Coordinate with solution delivery teams during implementation of SAP and non‑ERP enhancements and projects
Work with service delivery teams during testing, deployment, and stabilization of SAP and non‑ERP process changes
Business & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Engage with business partners to understand manufacturing and quality requirements, including impacts to non‑ERP systems
Collaborate with ERP, non‑ERP, integration (EAI), and infrastructure teams to support end‑to‑end process execution
Participate in cross‑functional discussions with the Global Business Process Network and related process teams to understand integrated solution impacts
Operational Support & Continuous Learning
Provide support for incident analysis and issue resolution across SAP and non‑ERP manufacturing systems, escalating complex issues as needed
Develop working knowledge of SAP Manufacturing (PP), Quality Management (QM), and non‑ERP manufacturing solutions
Apply learnings to identify opportunities for process efficiency, automation, and integration improvement
Support global process simplification and standardization efforts across SAP and non‑ERP landscapes
Assist with corporate initiatives impacting the SAP Produce product space and related non‑ERP manufacturing solutions
Participate in communities of practice and knowledge‑sharing activities within the SAP Produce workstream
Education & Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
10+ years of experience working in a similar global role
Basic understanding of manufacturing and/or quality business processes
Exposure to SAP and/or non‑ERP manufacturing systems preferred
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional, global environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing (PP) and/or Quality Management (QM) concepts
Awareness of non‑ERP manufacturing or shop‑floor systems and system integrations
Understanding of change management and process documentation
Ability to learn complex systems and integrated process flows quickly
Strong attention to detail and process discipline
Willingness to support off‑hours or on‑call activities as part of a global support model
