Qualifications/Key Responsibilities

  • A minimum of 7 years of recent and relevant experience in a world-class international school.
  • A relevant Master’s degree and teacher qualification (eg: Mathematics, or another related field from an accredited, state-approved programme) is an advantage.
  • Applicants should demonstrate experience in reputable or top-tier international schools and drive high academic standards, demonstrate a track record of measurable student success across key stages.
  • A proven track record of outstanding student outcomes and academic success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, assessment, and data-driven instruction, and proven ability to plan and deliver innovative inquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively.
  • Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA) will be will be highly regarded. 
  • Proven experience in preparing students for international competitions in Robotics, Mathematics, Physics, and Science (eg: World Robot Olympiad, International Mathematical Olympiad, International Physics Olympiad, International Junior Science Olympiad, etc...) will be highly appreciated.
  • Relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s), preferably in an IB school (MYP and/or DP) will be highly appreciated.
  • Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning will be highly regarded.
  • Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (level C1-C2).
  • Immaculate police check(s).
