Establish consistent commercial reporting and oversight through the development of processes and tools to monitor contractor performance, contract status, risks and contingency utilisation, including variations, claims, time extensions and forecast contract values.
Lead dispute prevention and resolution strategies, fostering a strong risk management mindset within project teams to minimise claims, manage emerging issues early and reduce the likelihood of cost overruns.
Provide strategic commercial and, where required, people leadership across advisors and stakeholders, ensuring legal and commercial advice is translated into practical outcomes that strengthen compliance, enhance decision-making, and drive high-performance collaboration across projects.
