Job Responsibilities
• Deliver online and offline training courses based on designated automobile brands and curriculums. • Reasonably arrange and organize practical operation activities for trainees during offline courses. • Ensure trainees comply with safety regulations in offline training sessions. • Evaluate each trainee's classroom performance and assign personalized after-class tasks. • Analyze customer demands and develop targeted online and offline courses. • Complete other relevant work assigned by the leadership.
Job Qualifications • College diploma or above, majoring in automobile-related disciplines. • At least 5 years of vehicle maintenance and diagnosis experience, with over 3 years of experience as an internal technical trainer. • Candidates with automobile technical training experience are preferred. • Proficient in computer operation and familiar with MS Office software. • Ability to read English professional automobile materials is preferred.
