About the Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Sheridan Onehunga Store.

This is a fixed term, full-time position at 40 hours per week, ending March 2027.

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team, while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences 

• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service 

• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building 

• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement 

• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running
