Job Description
Develop and maintain site-level EHS management systems in compliance with regulations and corporate standards. Plan and execute annual EHS plans; monitor KPIs/EHS Score and report performance. Maintain ISO 45001 systems and lead internal and external audits. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, JHA, and drive corrective actions. Oversee chemical, mechanical, and high-risk equipment safety compliance. Investigate incidents and near misses; lead RCCA / RBA / SRB actions. Manage contractor EHS programs, MOC, and permit-to-work systems. Lead emergency preparedness programs and drills. Ensure EHS legal compliance, regulatory communication, and audit support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support corporate or regional EHS initiatives. Drive continuous improvement of site EHS performance and safety culture. Influence leadership and site teams to embed a strong safety culture. Perform other EHS-related duties as assigned by management Who we’re looking for We are looking for an experienced EHS professional with a strong background in occupational safety and environmental health, preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry. This individual should be capable of independently driving EHS programs, communicating effectively across departments, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. We seek a team member who not only possesses technical expertise but also demonstrates open communication and a strong spirit of collaboration. A mindset rooted in innovation and growth—with a willingness to embrace change, continuously learn, and drive improvement—is essential to thrive in this role. Preferred qualifications • Class B labor safety or health management license required; Class A is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in occupational safety, health, or a related field. • Experience in implementing or auditing ISO14001 and ISO45001 management systems. • Familiarity with environmental health and safety laws and internal communication practices. • EHS support experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus. • Basic to intermediate English communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Experience in Job Safety Analysis (JSA), ergonomic risk assessment, and hazard prevention. • Strong knowledge in electric shock and electrical fire hazard prevention. • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Class I industry OS&H functions.
