Job Description

  • Degree in any discipline, demonstrating a passion for healthcare.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of learning & development, adult education, or other relevant fields. This may include Learning, Talent and Organisational Development strategies and initiatives such as competency framework development, capability and learning needs analysis, building learning culture and running programme operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be appointed at an entry-level grade, with opportunities for advancement.
  • Strong track record in organising and facilitating events and engagement activities from end-to-end.
  • Possess an analytical mind and self-motivation towards continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
  • Possess good interpersonal and staff engagement skills with the ability to influence, persuade and communicate with all levels of staff. Experience in stand-up/online facilitation would be an advantage.
  • Curious, reflective and passionate about learning and healthcare transformation.
  • Proficient in data management and visualisation using M365 suite (Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint/ Teams/ OneDrive), digital design tools (e.g. Canva) and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate 360/Rise). Experience in content creation and using tech/AI for improving processes would be an advantage.
