The Logistics Manager is responsible for the supply chain's efficiency and effectiveness. They work closely with suppliers, carriers, and technicians to ensure that products, inventory, parts, or people move efficiently and cost-effectively. Logistics and supply chain management is a key part of the supply chain, working to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of products, materials, information, and services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Travel Coordination – Book airfare, lodging, and vehicle rentals for technicians traveling for large-scale installations and remote service calls.

  • Facility Maintenance – Serve as the primary point of contact for building repairs, HVAC maintenance, janitorial services, and small office equipment.

  • Office Administration – Oversee office supplies, mail distribution, and general office workflow.

  • Safety Compliance – Ensure the warehouse and office spaces comply with OSHA and local safety regulations.

  • Fleet Oversight – Schedule and track routine maintenance, repairs, and registration for company service vehicles.

  • Asset Tracking – Manage the lifecycle of high-value tools, specialized testing equipment, and mobile devices used by field staff.

  • Fuel & Compliance – Monitor fuel card usage and ensure all vehicles meet safety and insurance standards.

  • Parts Procurement – Manage the end-to-end ordering process for security hardware (Proactive Video Monitoring, Access Control, CCTV and Burglar Alarms)

  • Vendor Relationships – Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

  • Inventory Control – Implement and maintain an accurate inventory tracking system; perform regular audits to minimize shrinkage.

  • Shipping/Receiving – Manage the logistics of incoming shipments and outbound equipment for job sites.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Education/Qualification:

  • 3-5 years in logistics, operations management, or facility/warehouse management.

  • Experience with inventory management software, fleet management tools, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Exceptional ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

Pay Range:

$75,000 Yearly.
