Reward Manager - EMEAI

Job Description

  • University degree in business, HR, finance or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards and payroll; international exposure is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, remuneration structures and performance‑linked pay.
  • High proficiency with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors), Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of EMEAI payroll environments is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
  • Experience managing vendors and external providers.
  • A proactive mindset, solution‑orientated approach and passion for process improvement.
  • Fluent German and English; additional European languages welcome.
