Back to jobsUniversity degree in business, HR, finance or a related field.
Extensive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards and payroll; international exposure is ideal.
Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, remuneration structures and performance‑linked pay.
High proficiency with HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors), Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of EMEAI payroll environments is highly advantageous.
Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
Experience managing vendors and external providers.
A proactive mindset, solution‑orientated approach and passion for process improvement.
Fluent German and English; additional European languages welcome.
