Charge Nurse - Gulf Breeze Emergency Department - Nights

The Charge Nurse has twelve-hour responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department and the effect on patient care in the department. This position s responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift and is responsible and accountable for directing and facilitating the flow of patient care activities of the department/area.
