Summary of This Role
Are you ready to help build a powerhouse sales team from the ground up? We’re looking for a driven, dynamic Sales Recruiter who thrives on finding top performers and fueling growth. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our expanding Payroll and HCM sales organization—sourcing, attracting, and hiring the kind of talent that doesn’t just meet goals but shatters them.
You’ll partner directly with Sales Leaders to anticipate hiring needs, craft bold recruitment strategies, and deliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. What You’ll Do
Partner with Sales leadership to identify hiring needs and define role requirements.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified sales professionals.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Ability to work in a high volume environment recruiting for multiple hiring managers across the US simultaneously.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone), administer appropriate assessments, and make recommendations for hire (or not hire).
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential sales talent for current and future roles.
Track recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Promote the company’s employer brand and create a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with cross functional HR teams to ensure a positive candidate and onboarding experience.
Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates; such as social media (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Follow-up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy.

What Are We Looking for in this Role?
Qualifications
Two to three (2-3) years of experience recruiting in high-growth or SaaS/Technology environment
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
What are our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
Ability to self-motivate and work independently
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on sales positions.
Effective with strong cold calling a outbound candidate sourcing skills.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
Strong attention to details
Excellent written/oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
