Entry Level Production - NSSEA

Compensation Data: Pay Grade 1 – Base rate $15.81/Hour plus production bonus

Production positions are paid a base hourly rate along with a production bonus, which is calculated based on quality tons produced. All Nucor teammates also qualify for profit sharing.

As an example:

Production bonus percentage = 165% (5-year average)

Average annual Compensation = $72,000 - $80,000 

Profit sharing percentage = 15.29% (10-year average)
