Available schedules: Monday - Thursday from 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday or Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus Optional Overtime on Friday and Saturday Scope: Acts as a subject matter expert and team leader, handling complex systems, mentoring others, and supporting production planning. Core Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of: Electrical systems (complex wiring, controls) Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to lift up to 40lbs unassisted Diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues. Lead testing, validation, and final system verification . Serve as a technical advisor to supervisors. Assist in: Production planning Daily/weekly scheduling Review and scrub: Print packages BOMs Shop orders (identify and correct discrepancies) Optimize workflows and support process improvements. Leadership & Training Train and mentor new and transferred employees. Lead by example in: Safety Quality Work ethic Support team development and knowledge sharing. Technical Skills Expert-level understanding of: Electrical systems (12V DC / 110V AC) Schematics and system integration Hydraulic systems (strongly preferred) Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic ability. Problem Solving Independently resolve highly complex issues. Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in New York is  <<16.50 – 26.00>>.  This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role.
