Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Civil, Environmental, or related field) or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure
- Experience in infrastructure planning, design, and installation
- Strong understanding of operational contracts and commercial business models
