Join a top provider of waste and recycling services! Groot Industries, a Waste Connections Company, is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Inside Sales Administrator to support our dynamic sales team in Elk Grove Village, IL.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales through Broker RFP’s
- Manage sales pipeline and broker managed accounts as a primary liaison
- Respond to phone and email inquiries
- Perform data entry and lead tracking
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales or sales support experience
- Strong data entry, math, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
