The Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant (G5) position is based in Pristina, Kosovo, within the Programme Support Unit at IOM’s Country Office. Candidates must have a high school diploma with four to five years of relevant experience or a bachelor's degree with three years of experience, strong reporting skills, proficiency in mobile data collection tools, and fluency in English, Albanian, and Serbian. The position requires demonstrated integrity, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural settings.
