
National Project Officer (Migration Management and Operations)
Job Description
The National Project Officer (NOA) for Migration Management and Operations is a position based at the IOM Country Office in Pristina, reporting directly to the Chief of Mission and supervising five staff members. Key responsibilities include coordinating operational, administrative, and financial aspects of projects; liaising with donors, partners, and government entities; overseeing data management, reporting, and capacity-building; and supervising staff. Fluency in English, Albanian, and Serbian is required.
