Job Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Concept Development
Develop creative concepts and campaign narratives that support game launches, merchandising initiatives, guest engagement campaigns, and business priorities.
Create storyboard, style frames, mood boards and creative briefs to communicate ideas effectively.
Identify opportunities to elevate guest experiences through innovative content, visual storytelling and clear, expressing writing.
Content Planning & Copy Writing
Develop campaign messaging frameworks, headlines, key messages, and customer-facing communications.
Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, being guest centric and aligned with the Above Beyond brand.
Review and refine content to ensure clarity, effectiveness and accuracy.
Creative Production & Execution
Work closely with designers, motion graphic artists and 3D animators throughout the creative development process.
Ensure content and creative assets are delivered timely, meeting quality expectations.
Assist on implementation of frameworks to manage content and visual playlist duration.
Regulations & Innovations
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and align expectations.
Drive projects’ progress while ensuring all contents are duly cleared with the compliance team before production and deployment.
Provide recommendations innovatively balancing content creativity, guest experience, operational requirements and regulatory considerations.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
Experience
Min 4 years of experience in integrated marketing, creative strategy, content marketing in entertainment or agency environments preferred.
Experience in entertainment, attractions, luxury or experiential marketing environments would be an advantage.
Accustomed to working with designers, creative teams, production agencies or content creators.
Other Prerequisites
Demonstrated ability to develop campaign concepts, creative strategies, storyboards and style frames.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, crafting impactful messaging.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple full cycle projects simultaneously from concept development through execution and deployment.
