Development Officer - Full Time - Days

Education/Experience Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of event and volunteer management.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Must be highly motivated, personable, articulate and diplomatic; able to motivate individuals and groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the region for events, training, etc.

PREFERRED:

• Fundraising experience.
