Lab Manager- Microbiology

Indiana University Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Microbiology Lab Manager to lead operations within our high-complexity diagnostic microbiology / serology laboratories. This pivotal leadership role encompasses the oversight of daily operations, quality programs, staff development, and regulatory compliance within the IUH Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise in clinical microbiology and molecular infectious disease diagnostics with proven leadership and communication skills, fostering an environment of collaboration, accuracy, and innovation in diagnostic testing and patient care. This role is accountable for the safety, complaint, and efficient delivery of high-quality diagnostic microbiology and serology services in support of patient care and providers within the missions of Indiana University Health.
