Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in Asset Optimization, Operations, or a related field
Strong leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams
Minimum 2 years of supervisory and managerial experience; demonstrated leadership skills with solid track record of accountability and delivery of results
Strong working knowledge of budgeting, project management, and cost management tools, processes and software
Proven ability to lead, develop and provide training, feedback, performance management, coaching and mentoring to others
Strategic and analytical thinking
Proficiency in analyzing operational and financial data to inform decision-making

This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWEA office and field locations
