Advanced Software Engineer

Serve as the primary engineering representative for technical issues and CCB discussions, leading the resolution of complex software defects from investigation through coding and QA completion. Contribute to architectural improvements to advance the platform, collaborate with QA, customers, integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, and provide clear status updates and reliable progress estimates within a multi-site Agile environment.
