Job Description Summary
This position supports the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role focuses on website content production, email marketing support, paid media coordination, and field marketing collaboration with hotel properties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across digital platforms while coordinating with both corporate teams and internal stakeholders. This role will allow candidate the opportunity to develop across multiple channels within the marketing ecosystem. Position reports to the Director of Marketing.Our hybrid approach:
Wednesday & Thursday: Core in-office days (our “come together” days)
One additional in-office day: Set by your department leader
Job Description
Website Content & Digital Presence
- Produce, update, and optimize website content including landing pages, property pages, blog posts, and promotional content.
- Ensure website content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement new pages and updates.
- Maintain accuracy of hotel information, offers, and local content across the website.
Email Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning, development, and deployment of email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign assets including copy, images, and segmentation requirements.
- Support testing and quality assurance for email campaigns prior to deployment.
- Track and report on campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Paid Media Coordination
- Work with internal teams or agency partners to manage creative assets and campaign timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on key KPIs such as impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Field & Property Marketing
- Collaborate with local hotel teams to support field marketing initiatives and property-level campaigns.
- Assist properties with localized marketing needs including promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency across local marketing efforts.
- Help collect property-level marketing insights and feedback to inform broader marketing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Compile marketing performance reports across website, email, and paid media channels.
- Track campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, assets, and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or multi-channel campaign support.
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, email marketing, and paid media.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, travel, or location-based marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.

Additional Job Information/Anticipated
Pay Range
Pay range: $60,000 to $75,000. Base pay offer may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific overall experience.
