Manager - Volunteer Services- Central and West Regions

The Manager of Volunteer Services is responsible for oversight of volunteer engagement and recruitment/retention in the Carle Health Central and West Regions, including Bloomington-Normal and Greater Peoria markets. Oversees and executes high-impact volunteer growth strategies that affect patient experience outcomes in both adult and student volunteer sectors. Maintains and ensures compliance with regulatory standards and policies/procedures.
