Job Description

As an Associate II, Entertainment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to guests at our amusement and recreation facilities. Your responsibilities will include scheduling facility usage, maintaining and distributing equipment for sporting events and recreational activities, and operating amusement concessions and rides.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule the use of recreational facilities for guests, ensuring a seamless reservation experience.
  • Maintain, distribute, and monitor equipment for various events and recreational activities.
  • Operate concessions and events while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist guests with any questions, providing prompt and courteous service throughout their visit.
  • Monitor the facilities and equipment, reporting and addressing any issues or malfunctions.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to provide a pleasant and engaging environment for guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Requires knowledge and skills gained through formal training or considerable work experience
  • Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
  • Has 2 to 3 years of work experience
