Ongoing Full time. 35 hours per week. Location: Sydney. Flexible and hybrid working options available. Clerk Grade: Level 11/12. Base salary $149,739 p.a. to $173,174 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading. About the team The People and Culture Division plays a critical role in enabling organisational performance by supporting the full employee lifecycle and fostering a positive, inclusive and high performing workplace. The division partners closely with leaders and teams to build capability, strengthen culture and ensure people practices are contemporary, compliant, and aligned to organisational priorities. About the role The Senior Manager, Organisational Development and Learning is a key leadership role responsible for shaping organisational culture, strengthening leadership capability and driving workforce performance at NSW Trustee and Guardian. Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the role leads the development and delivery of organisational development and learning strategies that align workforce capability, behaviours and culture with the agency’s purpose, values and strategic priorities. You will work closely with the executive team and senior leaders to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that embed inclusive, high-performing workplace practices, uplift leadership effectiveness, and deliver measurable organisational outcomes. The role provides visible leadership across the agency, leads a multidisciplinary team, and establishes governance, evaluation and continuous improvement frameworks to build long-term organisational capability and leadership depth. About you You are a senior organisational development and learning leader with a strong record of shaping culture, building leadership capability and delivering enterprise-wide workforce outcomes in complex, values-driven or public-sector-aligned environments. You bring strategic judgement, strong executive presence and the credibility to influence senior leaders, drive alignment and lead change at scale. You have a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, set clear direction and deliver multiple strategic initiatives in parallel. You translate evidence, data and insight into practical organisation-wide solutions, while coaching leaders, lifting performance and embedding inclusive, high-performing cultures. You have: Significant leadership experience shaping organisational development and learning strategy in complex organisations Proven ability to influence, coach and advise senior leaders on culture, leadership and workforce capability Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex, enterprise-wide change and capability initiatives Strong strategic delivery and evaluation capability Sound like you? We would love to hear from you! Essential requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
