Job Description
- Support the development of global digital strategies across key fragrance launches
- Translate brand campaigns into digitally native executions across platforms and markets
- Identify opportunities to elevate digital storytelling aligned with luxury brand standards
- Lead the creation of global digital toolkits across Retail.com, Amazon, Social Media, Retailtainment, Innovation, and Media
- Define best practices for asset formats, copy, and platform guidelines
- Partner with brand marketing teams to embed digital-first thinking from concept to execution
- Instill best practices for digital shelf excellence across global retailers
- Guide markets on PDP optimization, A+ content, and conversion-driving strategies
- Monitor competitive landscape and benchmarks to elevate performance
- Support development of social-first and paid media content strategies
- Ensure content is optimized for platform performance and channel behaviors
- Partner with media teams to align content with placements and KPIs
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across global markets and stakeholders
- Track asset development, approvals, and distribution across teams
- Navigate complex approval processes with licensors while maintaining creative integrity
