Job Description
Bachelor’s degree or last years (Engineering, BA and/or similar academic background).
Good technical skills in Excel and SAP. Knowledge in Microsoft Access, Visual Basic will be considered.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) mentality, with ability to propose and deliver improvements.
Team Player mindset.
Strong sense of individual accountability – personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
Good English level and communication skills.
