DevSecOps Technical Lead

The DevSecOps Technical Lead is responsible for embedding security across the software development lifecycle, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership. The role oversees secure design, development, testing, and deployment, mentors Level 1 and 2 DevSecOps engineers, drives secure-by-default pipelines, and ensures effective vulnerability management and scalable security automation. The ideal candidate balances security and engineering velocity, acts as a trusted advisor to development, operations, and security teams, and serves as the senior technical authority for secure SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
