Sign-On Bonuses (SOB)

- $2,500 – Full-Time Floor LPNs & LPN MDS Coordinator 

- $5,000 – Full-Time RN Infection Prevention

- $3,500 – Full-Time RN Supervisor (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
