Learning & Quality
Supports overall training, quality, and colleague engagement functions within the hotel. Responsible for planning and tracking training programs, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and audits. Drives quality improvement initiatives by analyzing guest feedback, monitoring service standards, and supporting operational teams.
Coordinates learning activities, leadership development, IHG Academy programs, and colleague recognition initiatives. Ensures effective communication, maintains strong stakeholder relationships, and promotes a positive work environment aligned with hotel goals and guest satisfaction.
