ALASKA HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations for Nabors Alaska Drilling and serves as a primary HR contact for field and corporate employees. This role assists with employee lifecycle processes including recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations while working closely with operations leadership and corporate HR teams across the Alaska Division.
