HR Business Partner Mr Price Money

The Human Resources Business Partner partners closely with leaders across retail stores and contact centre operations to drive business performance through strategic people partnership, operational excellence, and people-centric leadership. This role is responsible for enabling effective people practices across talent, culture, engagement, employee relations, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. The successful incumbent must be commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable balancing strategic partnership with operational execution across dynamic business areas. Travel between regional stores may be required from time to time.
