Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Education and Audit Responsibilities - Audit the daily dispensing files exported from (Epic and Fastrack) into the 340B Software. Using strong conceptual and working knowledge of 340b regulations, verify orders/prescriptions quality and comply with all program requirements. Audit and modify the 340B Software Accumulator to track all of the split tracking necessary for the Program. Audit the billing modifiers required by Ohio Medicaid and MCOs for all Retail Pharmacies and Home Care Pharmacy. Upload and audit all the direct vendor purchase orders into the 340B Software.
Program Maintenance - Monitor and update all the drug NDC's in the 340B split billing software. Work with Pharmacy Inventory Analyst and Business Director and investigate the daily unmatched NDC's from Epic for all Pharmacies (Inpatient, Retail (2), Liberty, College Hill, and Home Care). Ensure accuracy of data recording and tracking in applicable split billing software. Ensure reporting meets auditing and 340b decision making needs. Make data entry corrections and system configuration changes to improve functionality and reporting. Verification of Providers and maintenance of the Provider lists in the 340B Software.
Reporting & Tracking - Make the necessary IT changes required for EPIC reporting and tracking.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in 340B
2+ Years of professional level experience in Pharmacy operations or 340B.
340B experience highly preferred
