Job Description
- Responds to Help Desk tickets and telephone calls as well as in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing Computer problems.
- Configures & deploys IT equipment to end-users and other applicable areas.
- Escalates unresolved issues and requests to higher tier.
- Other duties as assigned.
