Job Description

  1. Responds to Help Desk tickets and telephone calls as well as in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing Computer problems.
  2. Configures & deploys IT equipment to end-users and other applicable areas.
  3. Escalates unresolved issues and requests to higher tier.
  4. Other duties as assigned.
