The ideal candidate brings a strong delivery mindset, confidently facilitates discussions across technical and business teams, and is comfortable engaging vocal, senior stakeholders with clarity and presence. Success requires the ability to drive execution with limited handholding, create structure where needed, proactively identify and mitigate risks early, and communicate effectively to leadership on progress, issues, and decisions. While a technical background is highly valued, the most important qualities are ownership, planning discipline, accountability, and the ability to move teams forward.
